In 1995 Colliers Jardine asked Kate to head up the sales division for the marketing and sale of the 237 Apartments at Bennelong Point and, from this prestigious project and others including the Pinnacle at Milsons Point and Rockwell Gardens in Potts Point, she achieved personal sales totalling some $307 million. During this latter period Kate travelled extensively throughout the UK, USA and countries in the Pacific rim throughout Asia selling residential property to offshore investors including Bennelong, The Pinnacle, Stamford on Kent, Grandview Apartments, The Forum (St Leonards), Rockwall Gardens, Observatory Tower. Royal Pines Resort (Queensland). As a result of Kate's exposure to the international property market, she has established a network of global investors from the USA, UK and, particularly, Asia and she maintains regular contact with these people. In 1997 Kate was awarded Most Valuable Player of Sales Division and in 1998 Most Valuable Player of Colliers Jardine Australia. In 1999 she joined the elite Colliers Jardine 500 Club, having achieved in excess of $800,000 of commissions for that year.
