 		TONY BARRON joined Raine & Horne in Double Bay in 1978 and during his eleven years at this office established a reputation as one of the most successful and highly respected salesmen in the Eastern Suburbs. He consistently won sales performance awards for the company. During this period he was responsible for the marketing and sale of over $250 Million worth of residential property.


In 1989, he was appointed Managing Director of Richard Ellis Residential and for eleven years with this company, Tony was involved in more than $A 0.5 billion of sales of residential property, from Eastern Suburb waterfronts to multi million dollar apartments in the CBD. The following is a list of some of the major residential projects he has been directly involved in:-

Century Tower, Finger Wharf, Grandview Apartments, Harbour Garden Towers, Highgate, Hyde Park Regency, Hyde Park Tower, Macquarie Apartments, Observatory Tower, One Darling Harbour, Port Jackson Tower, Pyrmont Court, Quay Grand, Rockdale Plaza, Rubicon, Serene Cove, The Colonnades, The Elan, The Elizabeth, The Tower, Victoria Tower and Wondakiah.

In January 2000,the Barron & Dowling Property Group was formed with Tony Barron and Kate Dowling being the sole proprietors. We felt that there was a need for a small boutique agency specializing in only the very top end of the housing and apartment market.

With a combined 40 years in the industry, we now have a wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of real estate marketing. We have qualified lists of onshore/offshore/expat purchasers and,additionally, assist national and international clients with property acquisition and sales.
